What finance products do you offer?
We offer both 0% and 14.9% interest bearing finance from Novuna depending on your circumstances and the rpoduct selected.
Before you apply
Before applying for finance please ensure that you are the following:
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- UK resident of more than 12 months
- Own personal bank account from which a Direct Debit can be taken
- Permanent employment, working minimum 16hrs per week
- Self employed
- Retired person
- On disability allowance
- Registered carer
- Unemployed & ‘house person’ (with consent of co-habiting working partner)
How do I apply for finance?
If the product is eligible, a box showing "Calculate finance" will show on the right hand side below your colour and size options. Once you have chosen your size and colour options, click "pay by finance".
In your basket, click checkout, fill in all the fields including email, address and name.
Click review order and you will be taken through the finance process.
When can I collect my goods?
Once we receive the agreement from Novuna, we will notify you and you can then arrange to either collect the bike from us or have the item shipped to your address.
If collecting in person you will need to provide the following for indentification:
- Valid form of ID such as a UK Driving Licence, UK Citizen card, UK Passport, Firearms Certificate , Shotgun License or Armed Forces ID card
- Your order no
- The bank card used during your application
What happens if I am unsuccessful?
Novuna will contact you with information relating to why you have been unsuccessful but we will be unable to give you any indication of what the issue is.
COMPLAINTS
On the rare occasion that we do receive a complaint, we take it very seriously. If you are unhappy with the any aspect of the goods you purchased with us you may contact us in any way you prefer.

If your complaint relates to your finance agreement:
If your complaint relates to the finance linked to your purchase you can still let us know about this, but we will forward it on to your credit provider Novuna. Novuna will acknowledge your complaint and investigate it thoroughly and issue their response within eight weeks.
What to do if you can't reach an agreement:
If you are not satisfied with Novuna’s response to your complaint relating to the finance agreement, you may be able to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You must contact them within six months of the date of Novuna’s final response letter to you.
