Sometimes bikes suffer small marks in our shop, warehouse or during the shipping process. Rather than sending you a bike with those minor imperfections at the standard price we reduce the price of the bike accordingly. We take a host of photos of each bike including a detailed description, so you can see exactly what imperfections are present. EX-DEMO & EX-DISPLAY
We display many bikes in the shop and occasionally during the handling process the bikes may suffer some minor knocks and bumps. These bikes will then be reduced in price in order to compensate. We occasionally sell bikes which have been demo'd out on the road or trails but with no more than a few miles on the clock and these have the greatest discount applied.
CUSTOMER RETURNS
Bikes are occasionally returned when the customer is unhappy with the size or type of bike they have purchased. These bikes are then reduced as they sometimes suffer some minor marks in the shipping and handling process.
USED BIKES
We accept part exchanges against our new bikes depending on the brand and condition of the bike which is being exchanged. These bikes will then pass through our workshop to be cleaned and serviced as well as having any parts replaced that may be needed. These bikes are always offered at a large discount depending on their age and amount of use.
WARRANTY
All of our bikes come with a full manufacturers warranty with the exception of our range of USED bikes where this will be stated on the listing and on your bike invoice. Invoices need to be retained as proof of purchase and for warranty purposes.
PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION & DELIVERY
All of our bikes whether they are brand new, ex-demo or second-hand, go through the same rigorous pre-delivery inspection process by our mechanic to ensure that you receive your bike in tip top working order.
You will need to rotate the handlebars, tighten the stem bolts and fit pedals (if included) with the bike following the instructions included with the bike.
All bikes collected from our shop in Bath are ready to ride and we are happy to assist in ensuring that your saddle is at the correct ride height.
We offer a free first service with every bike we sell but these can only be redeemed in-store with us within 6 weeks of purchase and are not transferable to any other bike shop.
