Our website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security. You can check our certificate by clicking the little padlock icon in the left hand side of the search bar. We are fully PCI compliant and as part of this process are not allowed to store your credit card details. For this reason we only accept credit cards over the phone, via our website or in person. We are happy to receive orders via email but please do not send your card details this way as it is not a secure way of transmitting information.
We accept all major credit and debit cards using Opayo, one of the UK’s largest payment solution providers and do not store your credit card details. We accept card payments, contact-less payments & Apple Pay in-store.
We also accept Paypal which is secure and easy to use. If you prefer you can also use your card to make a payment on Paypal, this is useful if you do not have an account.
We accept cash on collection but are unable to accept cheques as a form of payment.
We accept a variety of cycle to work schemes & iGo vouchers which can be redeemed in-store for any cycling related goods of your choice.

These vouchers allow you to purchase an electronic gift certificate for any price range you specify and have it emailed to the intended recipient automatically. You will need to fill in the following fields:
- Recipients Name
- Recipients email
- Your name
- Your email
- Your message
Click the “I understand the gift certificates are non-refundable” checkbox. You can then preview your selection and completed details before adding the gift certificate to your cart for payment. The recipient will then receive an email containing the gift certificate as an attachment which contains a code which they can then use to redeem their gift certificate at checkout.
I have used an e-voucher for payment, what happens when I return product?
We refund all orders using the original payment method, therefore the money will be credited to your online account for you to use against further purchases in a accordance with our returns policy.
I have lost my e-voucher, what do I do?
Please contact the purchaser to see if they still have the details, alternatively please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name and the purchasers name and email address and we will then reissue the voucher code. We cannot reissue vouchers which have already been redeemed or that have expired.
E-vouchers cannot be returned or refunded and the value cannot be converted into cash.
We try our best to keep our prices and specifications up to date and make any changes that manufacturers may make, however we reserve the right to cancel any orders that have been made at an incorrect price. If your card has already been charged we reserve the right to cancel the order and will process a refund to your card without delay.

All of our prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT at the rate of 20% with the exception of some products such as nutrition and helmets which are zero rated. If you are ordering from outside the E.U, you are able to purchase goods free of tax.
We will keep you up to date with any items you order that have been given a pre-order status. In some cases with more expensive items, we will need to take a deposit of 10% to secure the order for you. Once the item comes into stock the balance will be charged to your card and the item will be shipped.
If you place an order and the item is found to be out of stock we will notify you immediately and give you an indication of when the item will be in stock. No money is taken from your account until the item is ready to dispatch.

All new goods purchased from Total Fitness (Bath) Ltd are covered by full warranty. The duration of this warranty is at least 1 year but some manufacturers offer extended warranty.
Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects and do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc.
If you feel that the product you have purchased from Total Fitness (Bath) Ltd has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs.
If the goods need to be returned they must be clean and returned with a full explanation of the problem and the original receipt. We will then endeavour to either repair or replace the item.
Some manufacturers require that you return the item directly to them but please contact us before any action is taken.
We occasionally offer discount codes on our website through email newsletters, competitions or through affiliations with carefully chosen companies or charities. Most of these codes have a finite expiry date or are only available for one time use.

You can order any product on our site and if it is in stock, we will have it ready to collect by the close of day. If the item you require is out of stock, it can be ordered within 1 - 4 days depending on the supplier.
